We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and company checks. We do not accept COD.

Orders paid by check will not be shipped out until check has been cleared/deposited.

SHIPPING POLICY :

All orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). Standard Ground shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm ET. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping after 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

The following shipping options are available:

FedEx Ground (1-5 business days), FedEx Express Saver (3 business days), FedEx 2Day (2 business days by 4:30 PM), FedEx 2Day AM (2 business days by 12 PM), FedEx First Overnight (by 3:00 PM next business day), FedEx First Overnight (by 10:30 AM next business day), FedEx First Overnight (by 8:30 AM next business day)

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via US Mail (USPS) and will arrive between 1 to 5 business days.

Free shipping for orders of $500 or more excludes in-store purchases and is only applicable to online orders.

BACKORDER POLICY : 

Please note that our store is open to businesses daily and our stock quantities are not updated in realtime. If any of your ordered merchandise is not in-store, we will notify you immediately of whether or not it can be obtained from our warehouse or needs to be replaced. A refund or store credit will be applied for any non-shipped merchandise.

RETURN POLICY (Online Orders Only) :

Tip Top Accessory Shop will happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 5 days from the invoice date for a refund or credit for all qualifying online orders. The refund excludes the original shipping charge. Tip Top Accessory Shop reserves the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee. To inquire about a return, please contact us via telephone or email to request a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive your RA number, please include it with your original invoice in your packaging. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and any shipping charges that arise from returning merchandise. Therefore, we recommend you insure and track your package. Merchandise must be received within 7 days of issuance of return authorization or your Return Authorization Number will be cancelled. You will receive an email notification from Tip Top Accessory Shop when we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.

If necessary, the merchandise will then be credited back to your credit card account or to your next online purchase.

In order to protect the privacy of our customers, we have established the following policy: Your personal information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card numbers (phone orders), will never be sold or given to a third party. This information will remain the sole property of Tip Top Accessory Shop and used only to help us serve you better. Tip Top Accessory Shop does not view or store any credit card information for orders placed on our website. For more information about credit card security please visit our online payment processor, Braintree. Credit card information sent from your computer to Braintree is secured by Comodo Positive SLL with 128/256 bit encryption and $10,000 warranty.

If you wish to change any of your personal information, you can do so at any time by going to “My Account”. Click on the feature you wish to modify: Login Credentials, Buyer Information, Business Information, or Shipping Information. You will be able to change any of this information.

WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS : 

All orders shipped outside the state of Georgia are tax exempt.

Orders shipped to Georgia require a Georgia Resale Tax Identification Number in order to be tax exempt. Otherwise, Georgia sales tax will be assessed on the subtotal of the order.

All Georgia Resale Tax Identification Numbers are verified before orders are shipped.
